Donald A. Ribeiro, MD
Dr. Ribeiro received his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry in 1982 at East Carolina University (ECU). He received his MD Degree at ECU School of Medicine in 1986. His Family Practice Residency was at Pitt County Memorial Hospital 1986-1989. He was Chief Resident for the Family Practice Residency Program in 1989. He was Board Certified in Family Practice in 1989. He has been practicing in Primary Care Medicine since 1989 in Pitt County and Greene County.
In 1983, Dr. Ribeiro became an Ordained Minister by the NC Convention of the Original Free Will Baptist Church. He has served as the pastor of the Ormondsville Original Free Will Baptist Church since 1998.
Dr. Ribeiro was certified by the American Academy of Medical Review Officers in 2004.
Dr. Ribeiro was named Physician of the Year by the NC Academy of Family Practice in 2011.
